The Life-Giving Holy Spirit
In this sermon, Riley explores the role of the Holy Spirit as the Giver of Life. We are completely dependent on him for both physical and spiritual life. The Spirit gives spiritual life by revealing Jesus and transforming believers. Through the Spirit, Christians are no longer defined by what we do but by what Jesus has done and are freed from sin and its power. By walking by the Spirit, we can triumph over the flesh and live a life that honors God.

To truly know the God of Scripture is to know Him as the Triune God ”eternally existing as three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each person is fully God, yet there is one God" (W. Grudem). Neglecting the depth and mystery of the Trinity leaves us with an incomplete understanding of God. And since what we believe about Him is the most important thing about us, failing to explore this truth will inevitably weaken our faith and witness.
